Visiting Hours
Visits from family and friends help make a patient's stay more pleasant. We ask your cooperation in following these general rules:
- Please ask your nurse about specific visitation guidelines for the unit you visit.
- Visitors with children or visitors who are seeing an immuno-suppressed patient, should check with a nurse on the unit before visiting a patient.
- Visiting children are screened for infectious diseases daily via a saimple questionnaire administered by nurses.
- If you or a family member have been exposed to or has had chicken pox or measles in the past three weeks, please talk to a nurse on the unit you're visiting.
- If you or a child accompanying you has an infectious condition, such as a cold, the flu, nausea, etc., please do not visit.
