Virtual Tours Established in 2004, the Sedation and Imaging Center at University of Minnesota Children’s Hospital, Fairview provides a broad range of imaging and sedation procedures exclusively for children. In a colorful, child-friendly atmosphere, dedicated pediatric specialists provide expert care for young patients. Research The Sedation & Imaging Center is starting a children’s cancer survivor research program that will involve the study of metabolic syndrome and decreased hormone production in patients who have had childhood cancer. The research is being conducted with the University of Minnesota Medical School Division of Cardiology and is led by Dr. Julia Steinberger. | |||
