University of Minnesota Amplatz Children’s Hospital has a Radiation Oncology Clinic that uses leading-edge technology to provide care to children who have a variety of conditions.
Our Radiation Oncology team works in collaboration with pediatric oncology, and with specialists in otolaryngology, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, general and thoracic surgery. We also partner with pediatric anesthesiology to help children relax and remain still during radiation therapy. Our providers participate in multidisciplinary conferences to review cases and share information, and are active in research at the University of Minnesota and with colleagues around the nation.
