An ongoing assessment of the child’s progress and response to treatment will be made throughout the hospitalization. Evaluation results will be shared with parents and appropriate community professionals. Members of the treatment team regularly communicate with the family, school personnel, social workers and other referral sources to obtain information, provide progress reports and plan for discharge.
