Subspecialty consultation

There is a child abuse pediatrician on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to questions or concerns regarding possible child maltreatment.

In-house consultation services are also available at University of Minnesota Children's Hospital, Fairview. 

Professional Education
Dr. Kaplan and the rest of the team provide specialized medical and multidisciplinary training to providers, medical students, residents and other community professionals who respond to child maltreatment.
