Populations Served

Presentations of any of the following diagnoses or provisional diagnoses may be present:

• Adolescents who have a mental health diagnosis and a substance abuse disorder diagnosis.
• Adolescents with a mental health diagnosis, and have a diagnosis of chemical dependency and have completed a primary intervention program.
• Adolescents who require an assessment and intervention of symptoms to determine differential diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Adolescents who meet one of the above criteria and can be safely maintained in a community setting while in a group therapy model.
• Adolescents who meet one of the frst three criteria plus criteria four and are willing to sign a no-use contract for the duration of their involvement in the program.
